1. Introduction and Acceptance

To register and maintain an account on fbbaji, you must satisfy all of the following eligibility criteria:

• You must be a minimum of 21 years of age. This age restriction is strictly enforced. We reserve the right to request proof of age at any time and to suspend or close any account where age verification is not satisfactorily completed.
• You must have the legal capacity to enter into a binding contract under the laws applicable in your jurisdiction.

• You must not currently be subject to any self-exclusion programme, whether imposed by fbbaji or by any other gambling operator or regulatory body.
• You must not be acting on behalf of another person or as an agent, proxy, or nominee for any third party when registering or using the Platform.

fbbaji reserves the right to refuse registration or to close any account at its sole discretion, including where it has reason to believe that any of the above eligibility criteria are not met. Any funds remaining in an ineligible account at the time of closure will be handled in accordance with our internal compliance procedures.

3. Account Registration and Verification

To access the full functionality of the fbbaji Platform, you are required to create a user account. During the registration process, you must provide accurate, current, and complete information. You agree to update this information promptly if it changes at any time after registration.

Each individual may hold only one registered account on fbbaji. Creating multiple accounts — whether using the same or different personal details, payment methods, devices, or IP addresses — is strictly prohibited and constitutes grounds for immediate account suspension and forfeiture of funds.

fbbaji operates a Know Your Customer ("KYC") process. We may require you to submit one or more of the following documents before you are permitted to make withdrawals or access certain features:

• Government-issued photographic identification (National ID, passport, or driving licence).
• Proof of residential address issued within the past three months (utility bill, bank statement).
• Proof of payment method ownership (screenshot or statement from your bKash, Nagad, Rocket, or Upay account confirming it belongs to you).

Failure to provide satisfactory KYC documentation within a reasonable timeframe may result in the suspension of withdrawals or the closure of your account. fbbaji will not be liable for any losses arising from delays caused by incomplete or unsatisfactory documentation.

You are solely responsible for maintaining the security and confidentiality of your account login credentials. You must not share your username, password, or any security codes with any other person. fbbaji will not be liable for any loss or damage arising from your failure to keep your credentials secure.

4. Deposits, Withdrawals, and Payment Terms

All financial transactions on the fbbaji Platform are denominated in Bangladeshi Taka (BDT). We accept deposits and process withdrawals via the following methods: bKash, Nagad, Rocket, Upay, Visa, and Mastercard. Additional payment options may be available from time to time and will be displayed within your account dashboard.

Deposits: All deposits are credited to your account in real time or within a short processing window depending on the payment method selected. The minimum deposit amount is ৳200 unless otherwise stated. fbbaji does not charge fees on deposits; however, your payment provider may apply their own transaction charges.

Withdrawals: Withdrawal requests are processed 24 hours a day, seven days a week. Processing times vary by payment method — bKash and Nagad withdrawals are typically completed within minutes of approval; bank transfers may take one to three business days. The minimum withdrawal amount and any applicable daily or weekly limits are displayed in your account settings.

Payment method consistency: Withdrawals must generally be made to the same payment method used for the corresponding deposit. This policy exists to prevent money laundering and to protect the integrity of our payment system. fbbaji reserves the right to request additional documentation before processing any withdrawal.

Currency conversion: fbbaji does not apply currency conversion charges. All account balances, deposits, and withdrawals are processed in BDT. If your payment method settles in a different currency at its end, any conversion fees are the responsibility of your payment provider, not fbbaji.

fbbaji reserves the right to withhold or delay any withdrawal where there are reasonable grounds to suspect fraudulent activity, a breach of these Terms, or a failure to complete the KYC verification process.

5. Bonuses, Promotions, and Wagering Requirements

fbbaji may from time to time offer bonuses, free bets, cashback rewards, reload promotions, and other incentive schemes to eligible users. All such offers are subject to the specific terms and conditions published alongside each promotion, which form part of these Terms and must be read in conjunction with them.

Unless stated otherwise in the relevant promotional terms:

• Bonuses are awarded to one registered account per household, per device, and per IP address.
• Bonus funds must be wagered a specified number of times before any associated winnings can be withdrawn. The applicable wagering multiplier will be stated clearly in the promotion details.
• Wagering requirements must be completed within the time limit stated in the promotion. Failure to do so will result in the bonus and any associated winnings being forfeited.
• Certain game types (such as live casino tables, low-margin slots, or specific sports markets) may contribute less than 100% towards wagering requirements, as detailed in the promotion terms.
• fbbaji reserves the right to withdraw, modify, or cancel any promotion at any time without prior notice, particularly where there is evidence of abuse or exploitation of the offer.

Any user found to be engaging in bonus abuse — including but not limited to creating multiple accounts to claim the same bonus, placing bets on all outcomes of a market to guarantee a profit regardless of result, or using technical means to manipulate promotional conditions — will have their bonus funds and associated winnings forfeited and their account suspended.

6. Prohibited Conduct and Fair Play

All users of the fbbaji Platform are expected to conduct themselves honestly, fairly, and in accordance with these Terms at all times. The following conduct is strictly prohibited:

• Fraud and misrepresentation: Providing false information during registration, KYC, or at any other point of interaction with fbbaji.
• Money laundering: Using fbbaji as a vehicle for laundering funds derived from unlawful activity. fbbaji complies with applicable anti-money laundering obligations and will report suspicious activity to relevant authorities.
• Collusion: Coordinating with other players to gain an unfair advantage in any game or betting market.
• Use of automated tools: Employing bots, scripts, artificial intelligence tools, or any automated software to interact with the Platform in place of genuine human play.
• Exploitation of software errors: Deliberately taking advantage of any bug, error, or technical malfunction in the Platform's software to gain an unfair outcome. Any winnings obtained through such exploitation will be voided.
• Abusive behaviour: Engaging in threatening, harassing, or abusive communication towards fbbaji staff or other users via any channel.

fbbaji reserves the right to investigate any account suspected of prohibited conduct, to suspend or permanently close such accounts, and to void any bets or game outcomes associated with the prohibited activity. Forfeiture of funds may apply where a breach of this section is confirmed.

Scraping, data-mining, or systematically extracting content from the Platform by automated means is strictly prohibited.

9. Limitation of Liability and Disclaimers

The fbbaji Platform is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. While we make every reasonable effort to ensure the Platform is accessible, accurate, and free from defects, we do not warrant that:

• The Platform will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free from viruses or other harmful components.
• The information and content on the Platform is complete, accurate, or up to date at all times.
• Any specific game outcome, betting result, or return-to-player rate will be achieved by any individual user.

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, fbbaji shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of the Platform, including but not limited to loss of profits, loss of data, or loss of account balance resulting from technical failures, payment processing delays, or any circumstances beyond our reasonable control.

fbbaji's total aggregate liability to any user in connection with these Terms shall not exceed the value of the funds held in that user's account at the time the relevant claim arose.

10. Account Closure and Termination

You may close your fbbaji account at any time by submitting a written request to our support team at [email protected]. Prior to closure, you should withdraw any remaining balance in your account. Any outstanding bonus funds that have not met their wagering requirements will be forfeited upon account closure.

fbbaji reserves the right to suspend or permanently close your account, and to withhold or void any associated funds, in any of the following circumstances:

• A breach of these Terms or any other applicable policy published on the Platform.
• Reasonable suspicion of fraudulent, illegal, or abusive activity.
• Failure to complete the KYC verification process within the required timeframe.
• Receipt of a chargeback or disputed transaction from your payment provider.

Where an account is closed due to a breach of these Terms, any remaining balance may be forfeited. Where closure is initiated by fbbaji for reasons unrelated to user misconduct, any verified balance will be returned to the user's registered payment method after applicable checks have been completed.

11. Governing Law and Dispute Resolution

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with applicable law. fbbaji aims to acknowledge all formal complaints within 48 hours of receipt and to resolve disputes within 14 calendar days where possible. If you are not satisfied with the resolution proposed by fbbaji, you may seek recourse through appropriate legal channels available in your jurisdiction.

Nothing in these Terms limits any statutory rights you may have as a consumer under applicable law that cannot be excluded or restricted by contract.
